Ripped!

Well, not quite but I fell I'm getting there. I've got a great programme going at the gym with a good mixture of core, cardio and strength work. Just the right mix for long distance running....

I may look a bit more trim soon too ;-)

Feeling good about running ten miles this weekend. I'm going to stick with this distance as my top end for October. I'll up the miles in November in accordance with the Hal Higdon schedule. Come Feb, I'll be getting well into the long long long runs.
