Getting over it

The cold is nearly gone and I reckon if/when I get another one I won't change my approach at all. Run through it, cross train around it - just get on with the training. Having said that although I've done two good gym sessions this week I havn't run since Sunday (11.3m - remeber that one?!) so I am really keen to hack out a 6k on Friday evening before 12 miles on Sunday.

Looks like it'll be cold and wet so I'm going to invest in some new winter gear. Hat, layers and new trainers!
