First rain run - nothing torrential but enough wet to merit my swanky Gore jacket. Works well but rubs a bit - important lesson for the future.
Anyhow, I proved I ain't made 'o' sugar. Indeed - it was refreshing and kinda fun. Glasses are required but steam up a bit.
This was the same route I did a few weeks ago - thought it was tough then. This was a good run this time - next time it'll be easy! That is what I call progress.
Likewise, my last two runs have been pretty decent smooth pace graphs - even pace is good.
